Chanel Le Vernis Vertigo #563: Review, Swatches

Chanel Le Vernis Vertigo #563

It is from Fall 2012 collection. It has a cult following and still available at Chanel.  The shade has a quite unique color to it and it is hard to describe.

In the bottle, it looks like a dark and deep brown with plum undertones and very subtle reddish shimmer. It does have a blackened note.

After application, in the light it leans towards a grayish muted brown with delicate red/pink shimmer. The color is definitely unique and complex. It is one of those colors either you love it a lot or you do not fancy it that much.

Application is beautiful and even without streaking.  Texture is creamy and shade is completely opaque with two coats. Chanel Vertigo’s formula lasts for 5-6 days with just a very minor tip wear. It does not chip.

Overall, I like the quality of Chanel nail polishes.
