Tom Ford Bronzing Powder in Terra ($65 for 0.29 oz.) is the new addition to my bronzing powder arsenal . This is the small version of the large Terra bronzer ($95) and comes with Tom Ford Soleil 2015 Summer Collection. I like the fact that small Terra Bronzing Powder is smaller than the original powder. It sits in my palm and easy to take where ever you go. The packaging is beautiful with white and gold accents. It is in a white pouch which I am happy about. 
Tom Ford Soleil 2015 Collection also has a shimmery bronzer Gold Dust. Terra is a matte and cooler toned than Gold Dust. The color is light but buildable. I prefer light / buildable effect with bronzers as it provides you room to work with and you will not have an instant and strong streak of a bronzer on your already finished makeup.
The pigmentation strength is more suitable for light or medium toned complexions but it would work great on tanned skin for all over pick me up.
It is great for contouring or all over application. It does not accentuate pores yet covers them nicely. The powder lasts around 7-8 hours which is very good on my combo/oily skin. Application is quite easy with no patches or streaks. It has a very natural finish without looking orange.
Comparisons
I have been asked to compare Tom Ford Small Bronzing Powder Terra with other bronzers I have.
Although Burberry Light Glow Blush in Earthy 07 is listed as blush, this matte beautiful shade is easily used as a bronzer. It is great for contouring as its shade has a matte cool tone with no shimmer. Burberry Earthy Leans more grey chocolate whereas Tom Ford Terra is the warmest of all bronzers here. Both Burberry Earthy and Tom Ford Terra are excellent for sculpting.
The Balm in Bahama Mama (reviewed) is the darkest of all bronzers swatched. The texture is more coarse as well. Bahama Mama definitely have a dark brown tint to it can streak sometimes.
Too Faced Chocolate Soleil is a matte bronzer and applies nicely. Tom Ford Terra has chocolate tone and lighter than Terra.
If I need to make a list of silky to more coarse: Tom Ford-Terra, Burberry Earthy-Too Faced Chocolate Soleil and then The Balm Bahama Mama
Ingredients
The formula is not drying. Talc is one of the higer concentration ingredients. Although I am sensitive to talc, Terra did not irritate my skin. It has bisabolol possibly for its skin calming effect. There are some interesting ingredients such as Sunstone powder, Tourmaline and amber powder used for their coloring effects. It is paraben-free and mineral oil free.
Verdict: A+! Most of the bronzer powders could be hassle to work with but Tom Ford is easy, effortless with no fall out or cakey finish. It is my everyday easy-peasy bronzing powder.
You had me at “sensitive to talc” because I have the same problem. I also have one or two bronzers that are really nice (Sisley, Estée Lauder) but they have shimmer and this doesn’t work for me right now.
Still, I thought I don’t need it… Better have it than needin’ it goes the proverb!

Glad I bought the tom ford terra looking for bronzing/contouring product on my Asian fair skin NC20 from MAC. Though I think the Burberry Earthy will look good as well

Hi! I have Burberry Earthy and reviewed before. Earthy is less red and had a tint of grey in it, which makes it very easy to work with. :)
