Crushed Indigo has 2 colors. The dark shade is a blackened dark navy blue with iridescence. The light shade is the game changer. It looks like white but when applied it turns into a beautiful shimmering cool toned very light blue. When applied under the darker shade, a beautiful luminous light blue shade appears.

TOMFORD_INDIGOCRUSH_5 TOMFORD_INDIGOCRUSH_6 Left is the white shade, middle is layered first with the lighter shade then with darker one. Right is the dark blue color.

The shades can be used both dry and wet. The wet application provides a darker deeper color.

The pigmentation of Crushed Indigo darker shade is less compared to Ripe Plum and Raw Jade. On my skin darker shade revealed more grey /black undertones than blue. It reminded me a darker bluish like She Wolf.

Crushed Indigo was the drier (especially the darker shade) of other two eye duos. Stay power was impressive. Lasted more than 8 hours without a primer.

Ingredients

No parabens, no mineral oil. This formula does not have lots of botanicals possibly due to the nature of the pigments and wet-dry formula.

Final verdict: If you like blackened metallic blue shades, definitely try it. To me, Crushed Indigo was less defined and drier than Ripe Plum and Raw Jade in the collection.
