As I hover around Tom Ford counter, Tom Ford Cheek Color Blush in Ravish 05 ($55 / 0.28 oz – 8 gr) grabbed my attention. I love my Burberry Blush in Misty in the winter. Yet come summer, something with coral tones was calling my name. Corals look great with bronzer and tan skin.
Blush comes in a light espresso brown velvet pouch and packaging reminds me of dark tortoise wrapped with golden accents. The packaging is a sturdy elegant mirrored brown compact with a magnetic closure. It does not come with a brush. You need a good blush brush to use with it.
Tom Ford Ravish blush is a cool toned coral blush leaning towards a terracotta finish. When blended it also has a slight peach pink undertone which makes this blush unique and suitable for various skin tones.
The fine microshimmer gives a elegant and subtle illumination to the skin. When blended, the shade looks very natural and emphasizes the cheekbones.
The texture is very finely milled. It is not powdery at all. Application is smooth without any fallout. Blush blends like a dream. You do not need to spend extra time to blend. Couple movements with the brush and you are done. Pigmentation is strong so you don’t have to use a lot to achieve the desired finish. Stay power is quite impressive. It lasts around 9 hours without changing color. Given the fact I have oily skin, this is important for me.

Ingredients
No mineral oil or parabens. As preservatives, potassium sorbate, chlorphenesin and tetrasodium EDTA were used. It has talc and only one silicone (dimethicone). Octyldodecanol is used as an emollient and emulsifier providing a soft feel.
