Sigma Brushes: F40 and E60

Sigma produces quality and affordable brushes. I started with these two and looks like I might be getting more.

F40 Brush

F40 Large angled contour brush is ideal for applying blushes or for contouring the cheekbones. You can even use it as a bronzer brush. Great for blending.

The bristles are angled fit perfectly into  the contours of my cheeks. The bristles are soft and fluffy. Easy to clean and no shedding during and after multiple washings. The brush is made of goat hair. It is much cheaper than MAC brushes and could be a better alternative.

E60 Brush

E60- Large shader brush has a firm, large and flat head. It is ideal for applying eye base or all over application of eye shadow. It picks up good amount of eye shadow from the pan or loose pigment.

I prefer to use flat brushes for applying eye shadows instead of the dome shaped brushes. Flat brushes provide a more controlled action during application. Dome shape brushes are better for crease ( smaller ones) or for blending.

Easy to wash, minimal to no shedding. E60 has natural bristles but I couldn’t find what it is made of. One of my favorite brushes.

You can get them from Sigma

Sigma E60 and F40 brushes were purchased by myself and reviewed impartially for entertainment purposes only.
