Rouge Allure Melodieuse is from the Chanel Notes de Printemps Collection.
Chanel Melodieuse (136) is described as a bright coral red by Chanel. To me it has slight pink undertones with very subtle microglitter and has a warm hibiscus red. It gives a soft and healthy shine to lips.
The formula and texture of Rouge Allure lipsticks are meant to be hydrating with full coverage and long wear time. Melodieuse a more opaque coverage compared to Fougueuse (Click here). The lipstick was very hydrating.
The application was smooth without dragging on the lips. The lipstick also applies evenly without skipping over the lips. Melodieuse lasted longer than Fougueuse like 4-5 hours and left a subtle stain on my lips.
I liked the color but again like Fougueuse it was too bright for my complexion. It would be great on people with fair skin or less yellow undertones in their complexion. Swatches with Fougueuse.
