By Terry Touche Veloutee Highlighting Concealer Brush is a highlighting concealer formulated to cover blemishes, dark circles, wrinkles, and fine lines. It has a thicker and wider brush than YSL Touche Eclat. The quality of the brush is beautiful. Packaging is nice and study.

The product comes out after clicking the button at the back of the brush pen. You have to be careful during your first use.  I got color Porcelain. Touche Veloutee Highlighting Concealer Brush has more shimmer compared to YSL hence the highlighting. Sadly it does not have the illumination effect of YSL Touche Eclat. It was too shimmery on my skin.

The texture is liquid not quite cream like, yet it was too heavy for my under eyes. Couple hours after application my under eye area looked tired. The concealer ended up looking caked and did settle into the fine lines.

Ingredients

It has parabens, propylene glycol, silicones, not my favorites. It also has good extracts such as Horse Chestnut Extract, Date Seed Extract and Ruscus Aculeatus Root Extract.

I really wanted to like this product but with its performance and price YSL Touche Eclat continues to be my HG product.
