Burberry Sheer Eye Shadow: Lavender 14

Burberry Eye Shadows are something. They have great staying power and packaging. Burberry Beauty products are exclusively found at 8 Nordstrom counters in the US and online at Burberry, Saks and Nordstrom.

Burberry eye shadows are economical in the long run. Here is why. For 29$ you will get 2.5 grams of product , which means 1 gram costs you 11.6$. Let’s compare it to MAC which is 15$ for 1.5 gram product ( 1 gram will cost you 10$). With Burberry you buy more product with high quality packaging and applicators.

I am very picky about purple or lavender color. On my skin it could disappear or even look like a bruise instead of a pretty eye shadow. I like the tone of this shadow it reminds me like its name, Lavender!

The quality of the packaging is fantastic. The stay power is very very strong just like other Burberry eye shadows (CLICK HERE). If you apply it on primer, it is even more durable.

Sheer Eyeshadow Lavender No 14 looked great when swatched inside my arm. My skin tone is light to medium with yellow undertones and  on my eyelids the color did not look as impressive.

I believe this color would look great on light-medium complexions with neutral or pink undertones. Lavender has a beautiful blue purple color with subtle shimmer. It would be great with smoky eye or even as a liner.

Ingredients

No parabens but high in talc content. So of you are not a fan of talc, this palette may not be for you. It has corn starch, which is great in absorbing the oil and prevent the creasing.  High level of silicone (dimethicone) is probably why the shadows apply so buttery and smooth. Potassium sorbate is usually used as preservative in combination with Tetrasodium EDTA in formulas.
