Rescue Beauty Lounge : “Moulin Rouge will be renamed Cerise Noire, which means “black cherry” in French, in honor of keeping her original origin.” I think Cerise Noire is much better name for this beauty.
Cerise Noire has been selected to be in “Best in Beauty” of Allure in 2004 and 2011. It has a deep chocolatey sexy red cream color. No shimmer but none needed. The red tone shows up better under the sunlight. It looks great on short and long nails.
And yes it does look like Cerise Noire – black succulent yummy cherries!
The polish is strongly pigmented so 2 coats is enough for complete opacity. The application is smooth, easy, does not streak and dries quickly.
The formula is 5-free and made without toluene, formaldehyde, and DBP. RBL products are not tested on animals.
