Shiseido Eyebrow and Eyeliner Compact is used to thicken or fill up the sparse eyebrows. You can also use it as an eyeliner or the lighter color to the crease.
Compact has a dual sided applicator. One side has an slanted little brush for eyebrows and other has a sponge applicator great for smudgy eyeliner or for crease.
Colors are very pigmented and buildable. They are easy to apply with no fall out and looks very natural.
The powder is very fine and strongly pigmented. A little bit goes a long way. The stay power is quite impressive. It stays all day on my brows.
Considering the amount you apply and the whole amount of the product, the price is quite cheap. I have this palette for 2 years and it is still full. This compact lasts forever.
Verdict: Definitely recommended.

I love Shiseido so much and keep meaning to try more from the brand! I think this brow powder duo may be too warm for my coloring but I’ve heard really good things about their brow pencil in Natural Black (I’m pretty sure that’s what it’s called…) so I think I’ll give that one a try sometime!
