Sunny days are here. One of the questions that is asked a lot is “Do you apply sunscreen over or under the moisturizer or makeup?”
If you have a sunscreen with chemical ingredients ( what are chemical sunscreen ingredients to read CLICK HERE), please apply the sunscreen first. After it is absorbed follow with the moisturizer or makeup. Do not forget chemical sunscreens need at least 15 to 30 minutes to be fully absorbed into the skin before they are completely effective.
If you use a sunscreen with mineral ingredients (what are mineral sunscreen ingredients CLICK HERE), apply the moisturizer or makeup (foundation etc.) first, let your skin absorb it and then apply the sunscreen. Mineral sunscreens do not need “setting/absorbtion”time like chemical sunscreens.
If you are using a sunscreen with both chemical and mineral ingredients, then apply the sunscreen first then the moisturizer or makeup.
With makeup (i.e. BB creams, CC creams, foundations) you can prefer to use products with SPF for protection against UV.

Always love your super-helpful sunscreen tips! I think a lot of people get confused about the order in which you apply certain products–especially sunscreen. Even I have trouble remembering sometimes :P

Gün içinde özellikle cildimizde pudra, bb krem vs gibi ten ürünü varsa güneş koruyucuyu üzerine sürsek etki gösterir mi? makyaj öncesi altına her zaman güneş koruyucu uyguluyorum ancak gün içinde ne şekilde tazelemem gerektiği tam bir soru işareti.

Mineral yapili gunes kremi ise ust kisma surmek daha yararli cunku bir cesit kalkan gibi koruyor. Kimyasal yapili gunes kremleri ise cilde surulmeli. Gunes kreminin tipine gore tazeleme suresi degisir. Tabi bulundugunuz ortamda onemli (denize girmek veya suya maruz kalmamak gibi) :)
