Shiseido Urban Environment Oil-Free UV Protector Broad Spectrum SPF 42 For Face

Most of us avoided using sunscreen during winter. We were indoors most of the time. Well spring and summer are near. Time to look into some UV protectors.

Shiseido’s Urban Environment Oil-Free UV Protector  is designed specifically for combination and oily complexions. It also has abroad spectrum SPF 42 . It is a very lightweight white colored fluid like water. It pours out very easily.

This is a sunscreen it does not moisturize.  I use it over my moisturizer. The sunscreen goes on smoothly and disappears on my skin without the white cast.

The finish is beautiful. It is not too tacky like high SPF sunscreens or too matte. It did not break me out, which is a constant problem for me with face sunscreens.

Ingredients

It does not have titanium dioxide. I like that because my skin does not like products with high titanium dioxide concentration.  It is paraben-free.

The formulation has Scutellaria Baicalensis (Skullcap) Root Extract as an anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory agent,  Paeonia Albiflora Root Extract for skin conditioning and Ononis Spinosa Root Extract for soothing properties. It is water resistant. Don’t forget to reapply every 2 hours and 40 mins after swimming or sweating for maximum UV protection.
